From fixing critical network failures to running digital operations and building tools.

My professional journey started at Tech Mahindra, where I resolved over 500 high-priority network cases for NETGEAR routers and business hardware. When an office or home network went down, theory was not enough. I had to test everything step by step to find where the connection broke. That habit of looking for real facts instead of guessing became the foundation of how I work today.

In 2022, I helped build and ran operations at The AWSM Company, a creative technology studio. Over three years, we served 50+ commercial clients and sustained a two-year commercial partner retainer (supporting creative campaigns for platforms including ShareChat), producing animation and digital deliverables. Leading a 6-person team required continuous balancing of capacity, client expectations, and technical delivery.

When our biggest client concluded their contract in 2025, our monthly team expenses became too high to sustain. Instead of hiding this, I consider it my most valuable learning experience: relying too heavily on one single client is risky, keeping expenses lean is vital, and knowing how to find new customers matters just as much as doing great work.

Today, I focus on building products and setting up AI automations. I build practical tools for online stores, like my Shopify app Lokally, and create automated voice and workflow systems that save teams hours of repetitive manual work.
